3 tb Flour
1/2 ts Salt
3 tb Lemon juice
2 ts Lemon rind
3/4 c Water or milk
3/4 c Sour cream
1 Unbaked 9-inch pie shell

unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Makes 1 9-inch
pie.
