2 c Basic cookie mix 1/4 t Cloves
1 Egg 1/4 t Allspice
1/4 t Baking soda 1/4 t Vanilla
1/4 t Cinnamon 1/2 c Chopped nuts
In a medium bowl, combine cookie mix, egg, baking soda, cinnamon,
cloves, allspice, and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in chopped nuts. Shape
into a long 2″ diameter roll. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate
3 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease baking
sheets. Cut roll into 1/8″ slices and place on prepared baking
sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
