2 Sticks Margarine
2 1/2 tb Cocoa
1 c Oil
1 c Coca Cola
1 c Miniature marshmallows;
-(+more if needed)
2 c Flour
2 c Sugar
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 c Buttermilk
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
-ICING-
6 tb Coca Cola
1 Stick Margarine
2 1/2 tb Cocoa
1 Box Powdered sugar; , 10X
1 c Chopped pecans
1 ts Vanilla
Cake: In medium sauce pan, bring oleo, cocoa, oil, and Coca Cola to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Add 1/2 cup or more of miniature marshmallows, flour, sugar, soda,
buttermilk, eggs and vanilla, and beat well. Pour into greased 15 1/2″ x 10
1/2″ cake pan. Bake at 350 deg. F about 35 minutes, or until pick inserted
in center comes out clean. Spread Coca Cola icing over warm cake.
Icing: Mix, and beat above ingredients until smooth. Spread on warm cake.
