Ingredients & Directions


4 1/2 c Cold milk
3 pk (4-serving size) Jell-O
-instant pudding and pie
-filling; French vanilla or
-vanilla flavor
4 oz Cool Whip whipped topping;
-thawed
4 pk (4-serving size) Jell-O
-brand gelatin; strawberry
-flavor
3 c Boiling water
2 c Cold water
Ice cubes
2 c Blueberries
2 c Sliced strawberries

POUR milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until
well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in 1 cup of the
whipped topping; chill.

DISSOLVE 1/2 of the gelatin in 1-1/2 cups of the boiling water. Combine 1
cup of the cold water and ice cubes to make 1-1/2 cups. Add to dissolved
gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Stir
in 1/2 of the blueberries and strawberries. Spoon into 4-quart bowl. Chill
15 minutes or until thickened. Meanwhile, prepare remaining gelatin as
directed above. Stir in remaining fruit.

TOP gelatin mixture in serving bowl with 1/2 of the pudding mixture, then
remaining gelatin mixture. Chill 15 minutes or until thickened. Top with
remaining pudding mixture. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Garnish with
remaining whipped topping and additional fruit, if desired.
