1 1/2 c Cooking oil
2 c Sugar
3 Eggs
2 ts Vanilla extract
3 c All-purpose flour

3 c Apples; diced and peeled
1 c Pecans; chopped
Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy. Beat in flour, salt and
