- 540 grams all purpose flour
- 130 grams powdered sugar
- 120 grams walnuts, coarsely ground
- 230 grams unsalted butter, room temperature
- 6 grams vanilla extract
- 10 grams brandy
How To Make Authentic Greek Kourabiedes?
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), and line 4 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Beat the butter in a bowl until light and fluffy.
- Slowly add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, and brandy and mix to combine.
- Add the flour in one cup at a time and mix to combine, then fold the walnuts into the butter mixture using a spatula.
- Spoon one teaspoon of cookie batter and shape into a ball, then place onto the lined baking sheet spacing them apart about 1 inch.
