1 pk Pillsbury Lite Cake mix
1 c Sugar
15 oz Crushed pineapple
1 pk Dream Whip; prepared
4 oz Instant vanilla pudding mix
3 Bananas
1/2 c Grapenuts
6 Maraschino cherries
3 Egg Beaters

Spray a 9 x 13″ cake pan with non-fat cooking spray. Pregeat oven to
350F. Prepare cake using 3 Egg Beaters (3/4 c). While cake is baking,
mix sugar and pineapple in a saucrpan; boil 5 minutes. Remove cake
from oven and prick top with fork. Pour pineapple mixtureover the
top of cake. Cool completely. Prepare instant pudding with skim milk
as directed on package. Spread on top of cooled cake. Slice bananas
and place over top of pudding. Spread prppared Dream Whip over
bananas. Sprinkle grape-nuts over the top. Slice the cherries in half
and place on top of Dream Whip. Distribute evenly over the top.
Chill al least 1 hour. Serves 20.
