1/3 c Butter; softened
1/3 c Sugar
2 Eggs
3/4 c Milk
1/2 ts Vanilla
3/4 c White flour
3/4 c Whole wheat flour
1 tb Baking powder
1 c Blueberries

LAYER #2
1 c Blueberries

LAYER #3
6 oz Cream cheese; softened
4 tb Sugar
2 tb Lemon juice
Layer #4
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c White flour
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
4 tb Butter; softened

4 LAYERS = cake + blueberries + cream cheese + crumble; It’s simpler than
the # of layers suggests. Preheat oven to 375F. 8×10″ baking pan, greased
and floured.

LAYER #1: Cream butter & sugar. Beat in eggs. Add milk & vanilla. Beat
in [baking powder and flours]. Stir in blueberries.

LAYER #2: spread over layer #1.

LAYER #3: Mix together well, then drop by spoonfuls over the blueberries.

LAYER #4: Mix cinnamon with sugar. Stir in the flours. Mix in butter to
get crumbly consistency. Sprinkle over cream cheese layer. Bake 30
minutes. Store in refrigerator.
