Ingredients:
- 1 can blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup of milk
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin pan with muffin liners.
- Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl and mix together. Set aside.
- In a mixer, beat the eggs, salt, butter, and sugar until creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Add the milk and flour mixture and beat for 4 minutes on medium speed.
- Mix in the canned blueberries using a spatula.
