2 Italian plum tomatoes;
-peeled and diced
1 Blanched ear of corn;
-kernels only
1 Green onion; finely chopped
1 ts Bayou Blast; see * Note
1 Jalapeno pepper; seeded and
-diced
1 ts Salt
Freshly-ground black pepper
