Ingredients & Directions


1 c POST MORNING TRADITIONS
-BANANA NUT CRUNCH Cereal
1/2 c Firmly packed brown sugar
1 ts Ground cinnamon
2 Layer size banana cake mix
4 Eggs
1 c BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Sour
-Cream
1/2 c Oil
1 c Sifted powdered sugar
2 tb Milk

*Substitute 1 cup POST MORNING TRADITIONS BLUEBERRY MORNING Cereal and 1
pkg. (2-layer size) lemon cake mix

MIX cereal, sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Beat cake mix, eggs, sour
cream and oil in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed just to
moisten, scraping side of bowl often. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes.

POUR 1/3 of the batter into greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan or
10-inch tube pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the cereal mixture. Repeat layers
twice, ending with cereal mixture.

BAKE at 350F for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center
comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes in pan on wire rack; remove from pan. Cool
completely on wire rack. Drizzle with Powdered Sugar Glaze. Garnish with
additional cereal.

POWDERED Sugar Glaze: Mix 1 cup sifted powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon milk
in small bowl. Mix in additional milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until glaze is
smooth and of drizzling consistency.
