2 2/3 c Bread Flour (1 3/4 C)
3/4 c Whole-Wheat Flour (1/2 C)
3 tb Powdered Milk (2 T)
1 1/2 tb Sugar (1 T)
3/4 ts Salt (1/2 t)
1 c Water (2/3 C)
