1 oz Butter
1 tb Milk
2 Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
Melt the butter in a pan, add the mild, potatoes, fish, one egg yolk, and
salt and pepper to taste.

on to a plate to cool.
When cool, roll into balls and flatten with a knife.
