1 c Butter; or margarine
1/2 c Vegetable shortening
3 c Granulated sugar
1 ts Coconut extract
1 ts Imitation butter flavor
1 ts Imitation rum flavor

3 c All-purpose flour
1 c Milk
Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Lightly grease a large bundt cake pan.
Cream together butter, shortening and sugar. Add eggs one at a time,
beating well after each addition. Sift together flour and baking
powder. To the batter add milk and flour alternately. Add flavorings
and beat well. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve with glaze.
