Ingredients & Directions


3 c All-Purpose Flour 3/4 c Shortening, Butter-Flavored
1 tb Sugar 1 Egg
1/2 ts Salt 1/2 c Milk
2 ts Cocoa Powder 1 ts White Or Cider Vinegar
1 ts Ground Cinnamon

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, cocoa and
cinnamon. Cut in the shortening, using a pastry blender or your
fingers, until mixture is crumbly. Stir in the egg. Slowly add the
milk and vinegar, forming a large ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and
chill for at least 1 hour. Roll out on lightly floured surface to
make one 9-inch pie or two 9-inch pie bottoms.
