1 c All-purpose flour
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/8 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Reduced-calorie margerine
1/2 c Plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 ts Honey

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl; cut
in margerine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add
yogurt and honey, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn
biscuit dough out on lightly floured surface, and knead lightly 4 to 5
times.

Roll dough to 1/2″ thickness; cut into rounds with a 2&1/2 biscuit cutter.
Transfer dough rounds to an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for
12 minutes until golden. Serve warm. Yield: 6 biscuits about 104 calories
each.
