1 lb Hamburger 2 c Mashed potatoes
1/3 c Chopped onion 2 T Milk
1/2 c Chopped green pepper 1 T Parsley
1 ea Egg 1 T Butter
1/4 c Dry bread crumbs 1/3 c Grated cheese
ds Salt and black pepper
Combine meat, green pepper, onion, egg, bread crumbs and seasonings.
Mix lightly. Press meat mixture onto bottom and sides of a 9 inch
pie plate. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Drain excess fat from meat
shell. Mash hot potatoes with milk and butter. Stir in cheese and
parsley. Fill ho meat shell with potato mixture. Continue baking 15
