WORK THEM UP DON’T LET THEM RISE TO MUCH. THE FAT SHOULD BE SLIGHTLY
HIGHER THAN 350 F. IF FAT IS TO HOT THE BISCUITS WILL BE SOGGY IN THE
CENTER. THE BISCUITS WILL BE SOGGY IN THE CENTER.
