Ingredients & Directions


3/4 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Baking powder
1 cn (13 ounces) evaporated
-nonfat milk
1 ts Cinnamon
3 Egg whites
1 ts Allspice
1/2 ts Nutmeg
2 ts Vanilla
1 cn (16 ounces) pumpkin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 10 x 1/2 inch pie plate with nonstick
coating. Combine all ingredients, except egg whites. Blend until smooth.
Fold in egg whites. Pour into pie plate. Bake 45-50 minutes or until a
knife inserted in center comes out clean.
