1/4 c Butter; softened
1 cn Fruit cocktail; undrained, 1

Grease and flour bottom of 13×9″ pan. Combine all ingredients except
chocolate and nuts in a large mixer bowl. Blend well at lowest speed of
mixer; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into pan. Sprinkle with
chocolate pieces and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees f. 35 to 40 minutes
