Simple Gluten Free Flour Recipe

Simple gluten free flour recipe prepared in 3 easy steps.
Ingredients in volume:

  • 12 cups brown or white rice flour
  • 4 cups potato starch
  • 2 cup tapioca starch

 

Ingredients in ounces:

  • 54 ounces brown or white rice flour
  • 20 2/4 ounces potato starch
  • 8 ounces tapioca starch

 

Ingredients in metric:

 

  • 1530 grams brown or white rice flour
  • 610 grams potato starch
  • 226 grams tapioca starch

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend and mix all of the ingredients thoroughly for approximately 2 minutes with a whisk or mixing machine. 
  2. Store in a container preferably glass.
  3. Can be kept at room temperature for up to 2 months
