2 c Bread flour 1 1/2 tb Vegetable oil
1 c Whole wheat flour 1 1/2 c Sourdough starter
1/2 c Wheat bran 1/2 c Water
1 1/2 ts Salt 3/4 c Grated Cheddar cheese
