1 1/2 c. flour 2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp salt 1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp soda 10 oz frozen strawberries
1/2 tbsp cinnamon 1/2 c chopped nuts
1 c sugar
Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and sugar. Make a well in center
of dry ingredients. Add eggs and oil stirring only until dry
ingredients are moistened. Stir in strawberries and pecans. Spoon
batter into lightly greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake 350 degree
oven for 1 hour.
