Ingredients For French Chocolate Ganache:

  • 250 grams heavy cream
  • 500 grams semisweet or bittersweet chocolate (chopped)

How To Make French Chocolate Ganache?

  1. Add the heavy cream into a saucepan or in the microwave, and heat until the mixture begins to steam, do not bring to a boil.
  2. Add the chocolate into a bowl and pour the hot cream over it and stir constantly until the ganache is creamy and smooth.
  3. Allow the ganache to cool for 5 minutes before using it. If it begins to set, you can reheat it using a microwave or double boiler.
  4. Enjoy!
