2 c Bread flour
1 ts Salt
1 tb Sugar
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon [ground]
1 tb Dry skim milk
1 tb Butter
1 c (minus 1 tb) water
1/2 c Raisins

*Note: The key to a successful loaf of bread is maintaining the
