Ingredients & Directions


1 Box (18.25 oz) yellow cake
-mix
1 pk (4 serving size) vanilla
-instant pudding
4 Eggs
1 c Water
1/3 c Butter flavor crisco

Preheat oven 350 degrees Grease and flour a bundt or tube pan. I have
better luck with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Beat
with an electric mixer at medium speed for two minutes. Pour into pan. Bake
50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 25 minutes.
Invert on serving plate and allow to cool completely.

** I’ve used different flavor cake mixes and puddings befor. Experiment and
