- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 12 oz beer
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon fresh sage

- Grease 9x5x3″ loaf pan.
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
- Add beer, thyme, sage, and cheese, and mix well.
- Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
