Ingredients & Directions


x Vegetable cooking spray;
1/2 c Cookie, chocolate graham;
-teddy bear shapped, crumbed
32 oz Cheese, cream, fat-free
2 c Sugar, granulated
2/3 c Cocoa, unsweetened
2/3 c Flour, all-purpose
3 tb Amaretto
2 tb Vanilla
1/2 c Egg substitute
x Cream, whipped, instant;
=low fat, refrigerated
2 tb Almonds; sliced

Sprinkle 1/4 cup crumbs on bottom of a 9-inch springform pan coated with
cooking spray. Set remaining 1/4 cup crumbs aside. Position knife blade in
food processor bowl; add cream cheese and next 5 ingredients. Process until
smooth. Add egg substitute, and process just until blended. Pour mixture
into pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes, or until center is
almost set. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup remaining crumbs. Let cool completely on
a wire rack. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours. Top each slice with a small
amount of reduced calorie whipped cream and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
Yield 16 servings. 226-calories (8% from fat per slice) 10.7gm protein,
2.1gm fat, (0.4gm sat fat), 37.8gm carbo, 0.4gm fiber, 10mg cholesterol,
