Ingredients & Directions


-CRUST-
24 Graham crackers
8 ts Sugar or subsitute sugar
8 ts Regular margarine or diet

FILLING LAYER 1
1 Box (4 serving size)
-sugar-free instant vanilla
-or what ever flavor you
-want pudding mix
2/3 c Instant dry milk
1 1/2 c Chunky peanut butter

FILLING LAYER 2
1 Box (4 serving size)
-sugar-free instant
-chocolate pudding mix
2/3 c Instant dry milk
1 1/4 c Cold water

TOPPING
2 c Whipped topping sugar-free;
-fat-free, or regular

Crust: Crush crackers to very fine crumbs. Add, sugar, stir in melted
margarine. Spray 9×13 pan with pam. Press crumbs into pan. Bake 20 min in
350F oven. “Cool” Or use an already made up graham cracker pie crust 8-9
inch

Filling Layer 1: Add dry milk to pudding mix. Add water and mix until
smooth Beat in peanut butter. Spread into pie shell.

Filling Layer 2: Add dry milk to pudding mix. Stir in water. Mix until
smooth. Pour on top of first layer.

Topping: Spread on top of pie. If desired garnish the top with chocolate
curls made from 1 ounce chocolate candy
