- 1 cup warm water
- 2 1/2 cups white flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- nonstick cooking spray

- Place yeast, sugar, and water in a large bowl and allow the mixture to become bubbly.
- Mix in 2 cups of flour and salt. Knead for 10 minutes, adding more flour if needed to make a smooth, elastic dough.

- Cover with a towel. Let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour, until doubled.
- Punch down the dough and divide it in half.
