2 2/3 c Bread flour; or all purpose
3/4 c Rye flour
3 tb Caraway seeds
1 ts Salt
1/3 c Sourdough starter
1 c Water
1 tb Malt Syrup; *Note, — Opt

Nice bread! For the one pound loaf. Any sourdough starter will work.

*NOTE or maple syrup, an orange syrup will impart a hint of orange!

On Basic Bread Cycle, load all ingredients in machine according to
Manufacturer’s instructions. Malt or barley syrup is available at some
