Ingredients & Directions


1 c Graham cracker crumbs 1/3 c Lemon juice
1/4 c Melted margarine 1 t Vanilla
1/4 c White sugar 1 cn Cranberry jelly, or 2 cups
8 oz Cream cheese, softened -frozen raspberries
1 1/4 c Sweetened condensed milk

In large mixer bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk and beat until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice and the vanilla. Fold in the cranberry sauce or
frozen raspberries. Pour over the crust. Freeze for 6 hours or
overnight. Remove and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes
before slicing. Cut into squares and return remaining pan back into
freezer until needed. **VARIATIONS: 14 oz well drained crushed
pineapple and 1 tsp grated orange rind. OR cherry pie filling in
